- To develop influential leaders with strong moral character.
- The Prefectorial Board led an exciting year with key events that aim to enliven our prefects’ leadership experience as well as to inculcate relevant skills and values as part of their leadership journey.
- The tie-up with Nee Soon GRC’s Meet the People sessions saw our prefects learning the ropes at the grassroots level on how to interact with residents as well as understand the concerns raised by them. Our prefects also played hosts to Leaders-in-Education Programme International participants as well as Teacher Development Coordinators from New Delhi where they brought them on a school tour and engaged them in meaningful conversations. During ICT week, our junior prefects also performed their roles as cyberwellness ambassadors by advocating positive online behaviour through their game booths. The senior prefects also undergone the Youth Communication Leadership Workshop to equip themselves with public speaking and leadership skills and at school events such as YSS Amazing Race and Teachers’ Day, the prefects also executed their roles as station masters and concert planners confidently.
