Positive Communication

Our staff are dedicated to working collaboratively with parents through sincere, professional partnerships built on integrity. We welcome open and respectful conversations that support our students' wellbeing and academic growth.

When we demonstrate mutual courtesy and respect in our interactions, we model positive behaviour for our children. The school reserves the right to discontinue communications that become discourteous, disrespectful, or abusive towards our staff members.

MOE is committed to supporting our staff and will take decisive action to safeguard them from unreasonable conduct, harassment, or any form of abuse.
 
Communication Guidelines

We encourage parents to contact teachers during school hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday throughout term time.
 - 
Teachers are not required to respond to enquiries outside these hours, including weekends and school holidays.
 - 
For urgent messages during school hours, please contact the General Office at 6876 7129, as teachers may be engaged in lessons or otherwise unavailable.
 - 
Teachers are not obligated to share personal mobile numbers or communicate through social media platforms.
 - 
To arrange a meeting with a teacher, please email the teacher directly or contact the General Office at least three days in advance to ensure minimal disruption to teaching responsibilities.

Response Time Standards

3 working days - we will acknowledge all feedback and provide replies to straightforward enquiries.

7 working days - For matters requiring investigation, including the collection of statements and review of evidence.
 - 
21 working days - Complex cases involving comprehensive investigations, multiple parties, or external agencies.

Throughout this process, we will keep you informed of our progress and notify you of any delays that may arise due to exceptional circumstances.
