For Sec 1 to 3 students:

New MOE DMA will be deployed remotely to your child’s/ward’s PLD on 4 November 2024.
Indicate preferred choice of After-School DMA Parent Option by 19 November 2024. Form link will sent through PG on 11 November 2024.
After School DMA Parent Option will only take effect in 6 January 2025.

For 2024 Graduating Students:

MOE restriction on 2024 graduating students PLD will be removed on following dates

4T - 06 November 2024
4E/4N/5N - 15 November 2024

What you have to do?

After the above mentioned date, ensure your PLD remains connected to Wi-Fi. This will allow for the removal of restrictions and enable the device to automatically reset to factory settings.

Warranty

This warranty warrants that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the limited warranty period of 3 years.
Allows for 2 repairs or 1 replacement

Insurance

The device insurance coverage includes: Damage to or loss of device from the following which are non-manufacturer defects or internal mechanical faults:

Fire
Lightning
Power Surges
Accidental (e.g. water spillage, drop etc)
Theft due to forcible entry
Robbery

The insurance coverage is only applicable to situations of damages and loss where the student has taken precautions to safeguard the device.

Note: Once insurance is claimed for a replacement device, the insurance coverage will cease and the replacement device will not be covered by insurance.:
